Refund Policy

At Clean Palms Landscaping LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality tree trimming, landscaping, and related services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for services scheduled with us.

 

 

 

 

1. Deposits

 

 

Deposits may be required to reserve certain service appointments. Deposits will be applied toward the final invoice once work is completed.

 

If Clean Palms Landscaping LLC must cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will either:

 

  • Be applied to a rescheduled service date, or

  • Be refunded in full upon request

 

 

 

 

 

2. Customer Cancellations

 

 

Customers may cancel or reschedule services at any time without a cancellation fee. If a deposit was paid and the job is canceled prior to work beginning, the deposit will be refunded in full.

 

 

 

 

3. Completed Services

 

 

Once services have been fully completed, refunds are not issued. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe work was not completed as agreed, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review the concern and, if appropriate, correct the issue.

 

 

 

 

4. Service Conditions Outside Our Control

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

 

  • Pre-existing property or tree conditions

  • Hidden structural defects or decay

  • Underground utilities, irrigation, or obstacles not disclosed prior to service

  • Customer refusal of recommended safety procedures

 

 

 

 

 

5. Billing Errors

 

 

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of your invoice date. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly and any overpayment refunded.

 

 

 

 

6. Refund Processing Time

 

 

Approved reassurance refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.
